Purely Plant offers a customizable catering service that allows clients to select from a range of vegan platters, side-dishes, quick meals, sauces, dips, beverages & treats. We are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable, and gourmet plant-based cuisine for your any occasion.

Ordering Process

Custom Menu Selection: Clients can customize their menu based on available options listed on our website or through consultation with our team.

Lead Time: Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance of the event date. Order larger orders than 30 guests may require additional lead time.

Minimum Order Requirement: A minimum order value may apply which is 8-10 guests.

Payment Terms

Pricing: Prices are quoted based on the menu selection and order size. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card and debit card only.

Amount: Full payment is required for all catering orders to confirm your booking .

Cancellations & Refunds Policy 

Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations must be made in writing ( contacteatpurelyplant@gmail.com).

Orders canceled more than 72 hours before the event will receive a 75% refund of the final payment.

Orders canceled within 72 hours of the event will be charged the full order value.

Cancellation by Purely Plant: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an immediate  full refund will be provided.

Delivery & Set Up

Delivery Fee: A delivery fee may apply based on the location of the event. This will be communicated during the ordering process.

• Setup: Officially Pure Plant do not provide SET UP, any specific setup requirements must be communicated in advance.

• Delivery Time: We strive to deliver at the specified time. However, we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Food Handling & Safety

Quality Assurance: All food is prepared in a certified kitchen adhering to health and safety regulations.

Allergens: While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen processes nuts, gluten, and soy. Clients must incontestably inform us of any allergies while sending request form.

Consumption: Food should be consumed within two/three hours of delivery for optimal freshness and safety.

Client Responsibilities 

• Access: Ensure the place is accessible for delivery at the agreed time.

• Setup Area: Provide a suitable area for setup that meets health and safety standards.

Liability

• Indemnification: Purely Plant  is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our catering services.

• Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
