Service Overview

Purely Plant  offers a customizable catering service that allows clients to select from a range of plant-based menu items including vegan platters, side dishes, quick meals, sauces, dips, beverages, and treats.

 

We are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable, and gourmet Caribbean & Latin-inspired vegan cuisine for any occasion.

1. Ordering Process

• Clients may customize their catering order based on the menu options listed on our website or through consultation with our team.

• All catering orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance of the event date.

• For large catering orders serving more than 30 guests, additional lead time may be required depending on menu selection and availability.

• A minimum order may apply. Catering portions are designed to serve a minimum of 8–10 guests, depending on the items selected.

2. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted based on menu selection and order size. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

• We accept credit card and debit card payments only, unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required for all catering orders to confirm your booking. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All cancellations must be made in writing by email to: contact@eatpurelyplant.com 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event will receive a 75% refund of the final paid amount.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable and will be charged the full order value.

• Purely Plant reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an immediate full refund will be provided.

4. Pickup Only / No Delivery

• At this time, Purely Plant catering service is pickup only.

• 🚫 We do not offer catering delivery service.

• Clients must select a pickup time during checkout or during order confirmation.

• Pickup times must fall within our business hours: Monday – Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time to maintain food quality and proper food handling.

5. Setup

Purely Plant does not provide catering setup services.

If any additional packaging requests or service needs are required, they must be communicated in advance and may require an additional fee.

6. Food Handling & Safety

• All food is prepared in a certified kitchen and follows strict health and safety standards and regulations.

• While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen may process common allergens including gluten and soy.

We are a nut-free kitchen and do not use peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that all ingredients are 100% free from trace allergens due to supplier handling and manufacturing environments.

Clients must clearly inform us of any allergies while submitting their catering request form.

• For optimal freshness, catering food should be consumed within 2-6 hours of pickup. For safety, leftovers must be refrigerated promptly.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete order/event information

• Selecting a pickup time within our operating schedule

• Arriving on time for pickup

• Safe transportation, handling, and storage of food after pickup

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Purely Plant LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, illness, injuries, or delays arising from the use of our catering services.

• Purely Plant is not responsible for food quality after the order has been picked up and leaves our premises.

 

9. Force Majeure

Purely Plant is not responsible for any failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, emergencies, supplier shortages, or government restrictions.
