Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Purely Plant provides comfort Caribbean and Latin-inspired vegan foods and beverages with a focus on customer well-being and planet sustainability.
We offer daily food service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) as well as catering services, including vegan platters, side dishes, quick meals, healthy sweets, and beverages for any occasion.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To place an order, you may need to create an account on our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account.
B. Menu Selection
Customers may select from our online menu and customize orders based on available options.
C. Order Confirmation
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Purely Plant LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices may include applicable taxes, service fees, and processing fees where required.

We accept credit card and debit card payments only, unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required at the time the order is placed. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

4. Delivery and Pickup
A. Delivery
At this time, Purely Plant does not provide direct business delivery.
Delivery may be available through third-party platforms such as DoorDash and Uber Eats, depending on availability. Delivery fees and policies are determined by those platforms.

B. Pickup
Customers may choose to pick up their order from our specified location. Pickup details will be provided upon order confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled up to 5 minutes after placing the order. Purely Plant is a fast-paced establishment and orders are typically fulfilled within 7–15 minutes, and 20–25 minutes during rush periods.
Cancellations requested after the 5-minute window are non-refundable, as order preparation may have already started.
B. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

6. Food Quality and Safety
A. Quality Assurance
All food is prepared in a certified kitchen following strict health and safety standards and regulations.

B. Allergens
While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen may process common allergens including gluten and soy.
We are a nut-free kitchen, and we do not use peanuts or tree nuts as ingredients in our food preparation. However, we cannot guarantee that all ingredients are 100% free from trace allergens due to supplier handling and manufacturing processes.
Customers must inform us of any severe allergies at the time of ordering.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for third-party delivery delays or issues through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other third-party provider
11. Force Majeure
Purely Plant LLC is not responsible for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, supplier shortages, government restrictions, or emergencies.
12. Modifications to These Terms
Purely Plant reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
